Bulgaria is truly a nation in flux. With rapid globalization has come massive change politically, socially, and spiritually. Even so, more Bulgarians are open to consider personal faith in Christ. The Holy Spirit continues to work in the hearts of believers, breaking down the problems of the past and providing a lighted path into the future.

The evangelical church is small but hearty. Nationally, it faces challenges from secular humanism, and the aftermath of communism. Internationally, it looks outward with a dream to send missionaries to reach the lost throughout the Balkans, Turkey, and the Middle East.

We are praying and searching for missional believers who are up for the challenge of figuring things out – of establishing new initiatives!  Those who apply need to be wired for and excited to be part of catalytic start-up teams for key regions of Bulgaria.  Through various roles, these multi-gifted teams will work by any means possible to establish fresh expressions of the Kingdom.
